Hi, I'm Luci MBA, MA

I'm your coach and leader in this program. I'm also the founder of LuciFit, LLC. I help entrepreneurs, executives and their organizations  sharpen their leadership edge and produce breakthrough results in health—through food, movement and brain science. I speak from experience when I teach clients to be healthy even while juggling many things at once. I’m an exercise physiologist and nutritionist with an MBA. I have experience in  executive management as well as start-ups. I know what it’s like to be extremely busy and successfully balance work with healthy habits and life. I share my unique and innovative perspective on this, after acquiring two masters’ degrees at the same time, spearheading two start-up businesses, holding senior-level management positions at high-end fitness club/spas, all while maintaining my own optimal levels of fitness and energy (including a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, competing in triathlons and other races, and otherwise staying in pretty great shape).
